About us

Ristorante Galileo is moving to a new address in one of the oldest and most illustrious streets in central Pisa: Via San Martino. The quality of the food and courteousness of the staff will remain unchanged in this new location, where there will be an even greater focus on making the most of the flavors and aromas of traditional Tuscan – and specifically, Pisan – cuisine. The location may have changed, but the quality of the dishes and the commitment to service have not, making the restaurant the ideal place to sample some wonderful food in the company of friends and family.
