Group agrees to pay Hotel at the time of cancellation a liquidated damages fee, as follows: Days prior to arrival date More than 60 days, less than 90 days: 25% of total anticipated revenue More than 30 days, less than 60 days: 50% of total anticipated revenue Less than 30 days: 100% of total anticipated revenue

Located in the heart of the vibrant Pearl District, Vaux features an all-day, seasonal, contemporary menu that highlights favorite local products. Led by Executive Chef Micheal Iles and drawing on his diverse culinary experience, the menu draws heavily from flavors and products of the Pacific Northwest. We create signature and seasonal cocktails from local producers and we also serve world-class wines from Willamette Valley and beers from our region's finest craft breweries. Vaux is located inside the Canopy Portland | Pearl District set amidst an extensive collection of fine and local art curated by neighboring Elizabeth Leach Gallery, including an expansive sculpture inspired by our own Vaux Swifts from Portland-based artist Sean Healy. Vaux boasts an outdoor patio along NW Glisan, dining room seating, and a comfortable lounge.
