The Black Swan Lakeside Boutique Hotel offers sophisticated, luxury lodge style accommodation right on the edge of Lake Rotorua with a backdrop of mature gardens. The Black Swan fuses classic sophistication and contemporary chic to create a thoroughly modern and uniquely luxurious Rotorua lakefront Boutique Hotel with personalized lodge style service. Our eight beautifully appointed rooms all offer stunning views over the lake or gardens and combine our signature modern styling in a thoroughly contemporary and luxurious English-style manor. All rooms have king beds, or twin beds if required, and two of our glamorous rooms will also sleep up to 3 or 4 guests. It offers an innovative blend of both private and public spaces, creating stylish rooms to curl up and relax, hold a business meeting, enjoy fine wine and food, read a book or watch the flames flickering in a fireplace.

A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
