Check-in Age: Based on the law in the state of California, there is no minimum age restriction for reserving a room. Pet Policy: One, well-behaved domestic pet (cat or dog) Stays Free! Pets must be declared at check-in. Up to 2 pets allowed per room. Second pet $15/ night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome. Deposit Policy: A $100 deposit is required at check-in for all guests. Special Policy: Guests are required to present a valid credit card during the registration process. Pre-paid cards and gift cards are not accepted. Special Policy: Per Santa Ana city law, a guest cannot stay more than 28 consecutive nights. They must be checked out for 72 hours before they can check back in.
