Customer will be entitled for full refund if reservation is cancelled 5 business days prior to the first session. 50 % will be refunded for cancellation made before 2 business days. No refund will be made within 2 business days.

It is important to book your meeting room as soon as possible to make sure your desired time slot is available. During the reservation process, we advise you to give us as much detail as possible so that we can prepare the room just as you like. Meeting room rates are charged on an hourly, half-day (9am-1pm,2-6pm) or daily (9am-6pm) basis.
