Hongqiao Airport

20 minutes away

Xin Tian Di

4 km away
Located in the center of Shanghai City south of Huaihai Zhong Lu, Shanghai Xin Tian Di has become an urban tourist attraction that holds the historical and cultural legacies of the city. Shanghai Xin Tian Di is a fashionable pedestrian street composed of Shikumen and modern architecture style. Shanghai Xin Tian Di is unique because of its concept of construction. It retains the antique walls, tiles and exterior of the Shikumen housing of old Shanghai. On the other hand, its interior embodies a totally different world of international gallery, bars and cafes, boutiques or theme restaurants. When you walk into Xin Tian Di, you will get the taste both of Shanghai in the 1920's and the sonic modern lifestyle of urbanites of the 21st century.

People's Square & Shanghai Museum

2 km away
People's Square is the second largest square in China. Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Grand Theatre, City Planning Hall are all placed there. In addition, people can go shopping and have a rest in the Underground Bazaar. The square is arranged in good taste, providing a comfortable environment to people. Shanghai Museum is a large comprehensive art museum with an elegant design. It has a collection of more than 120 thousand pieces of cultural relics, among which the bronze ware, pottery and porcelain, writing and painting are the essence of Chinese culture.

Tai Kang Road Art Center

6 km away
Shanghai is light on artistic focus, which makes this new art centre doubly welcome. It's a collection - 'community' even - of art galleries, cafes and shops hidden down an alley. An adjacent multistorey warehouse hides a handful of design studios, media companies and home decor boutiques, many of which front the small alley on the east side of the building.

Old Street & Yu Garden

Historical Landmark
2 km away
Shanghai Old Street is an important part of the Yu Garden tourism zone. It starts from South He Nan Road then leads into the Yu Yuan Mart, where you can go further into Yu Garden, Temple of the City Gods, etc.Almost everything on this street has been designed to recreate the old Shanghai about 100 years ago. Of course, most parts of the street are just old and have been preserved in the last 100 years. Only the changes that happened in recent years were removed and redesigned to look like old Shanghai.

Shanghai World Financial Center

Business District
5 km away
Shanghai World Financial Center broke several "world records" when it was competed in August, 2008. The building has 100 floors in total. All the floors from 94th to 100th are for sightseeing. The 100th floor, as mentioned earlier, is the highest sightseeing platform in the world. On a clear day, it would definitely a great view here. There are dozens of skyscrapers around the building but all of them are now so short. The Bund and Huang Pu River are like just under your feet. It takes 100 RMB to reach the 94th floor, 110 RMB to the 97th floor and 150RMB to 100th floor. It is not cheap but it is definitely worth the money if you pick a clear day!
