The Stirling Smith Art Gallery and Museum is located in Stirling. This is one of the greatest centers of art and culture in the area. But it is also a very popular event venue, offering extensive facilities for a wide variety of events and functions. Both a lecture theater and meeting room are for public hire, and both are in use throughout the year by groups who place bookings for events and presentations. The lecture theater seats just over 80 people at its maximum capacity, where as the meeting room is used by smaller groups of up to 10 people. The lecture theater is a multi-purpose venue. Its seating is retractable, offering increased floor space to allow boardroom-style seating arrangements or workshops if necessary. If required, we can also provide a blackout facility and large pull-down screen for any groups wishing to bring projection equipment with them. WiFi internet connection, screen, flip charts, tea and coffee facilities, catering can be arranged, additional charges apply. Full access to the venue is available for wheelchair users.
