About us

The Grand Hotel Seeschlösschen is the first house on the square in Timmendorfer Strand. This privately run hotel is located directly on the sea and is the only hotel in the Timmendorfer Strand, classified as a 5-star superior hotel. The 122 spacious rooms and suites are all individually furnished and offer a unique sea view over the Bay of Lübeck. The restaurants "Panorama", "Seesteg" and "La Mer" - all of them with a unique Sea view - convince with culinary specialties of the region and a delicious selection of international dishes. Enjoy your afternoon tea on the spacious seaside terrace, which is located directly at the beach or in the evening in our hotel bar with a piano music an aperitif. On over 2,300 m2 our exclusive spa area offers everything you need for your relaxation- including a spacious indoor and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (open from April to October). Whether you opt for sporting activities in the gym, healthy saunas, soothing massages or cosmetic treatments, you are in best hands. In addition, in the practice of Dr. med. Ulrike Schwaab fasting cures can be executed. The Grand Hotel Seeschlösschen is the only 5-star superior hotel in North Germany with its own 36-hole golf course. The golf course opened in 1973 in Timmendorfer Strand was designed by the renowned golf course architect Dr. Bernhard von Limburger and is the largest golf course in Schleswig Holstein with 36 holes. The 2 x 18 holes golf course, subdivided into north and south course, is today one of the most popular and famous golf courses in northern Germany. It is an attraction for golfers of all levels and very popular with a variety of guests from both domestic and foreign countries. The new driving range "Players Lodge" is unique in Schleswig-Holstein because it has heated pitch places on two levels. On the second floor is a lounge area "Players Room" with its own bar and a sensational view over the driving range. The "Players Lodge" is also suitable for events of all kinds, whether it is for children's birthdays, anniversaries, company incentives or bachelor parties. Our hotel guests receive a 50% green fee discount and can choose not only wellness packages but also from many attractive golf packages.
