Encores At The Empire is a contemporary, state of the art facility, with lounge bar and private dining room. Encores can cater for a variety of function styles, be it a fun cocktail party, wedding reception or a function with the atmosphere of a large dinner party. The restaurant in total seats approximately 100 people, with the private dining room catering for small groups of up to 30 people, this makes it ideal for meetings and private functions. Encores is a unique venue and we welcome to opportunity to meet and discuss your catering needs and look forward to designing something that is uniquely you.

-Encores is open for lunches Tuesday to Friday (from 12pm), and dinners Tuesday to Saturday, from 5:30pm. -Simply Seafood is open every day (except Monday), 11-2pm, and reopening from 4:15 - 8:15pm (7:30pm on Sundays). -Within the Empire Theatre, there are further options for catering with rooms for 40 people. The Wesley church seat up to 200 people and the Empire Theatre stage caters for groups up to 360. Areas within the Empire Theatre do attract room hire charges.
