Cancellation Policy
User shall have the right to terminate the event agreement upon written notice to the the Utah Cultural Celebration Center. If User terminates this agreement greater than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of the event, all payments will be refunded. If User terminates this agreement between thirty (30) and ten (10) days prior to the scheduled date of the event the deposit will be partially refunded. If User terminates this agreement seven (7) days or less prior to the scheduled date of the event, the deposit shall not be refunded. If either the City or User is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement due to the acts of (a) third parties, other than those hired by or affiliated with the City or User; (b) an Act of God; or (c) some other force majeure; it is hereby stipulated that no claim shall be made against the other party for damages. The City may terminate this Agreement for any reason, at any time, as it sees fit.
