About us
The Quilt Museum And Gallery holds a unique collection of quilts and related artifacts from around the British Isles dating from the earliest piece in the collection the 1718 Silk Patchwork Coverlet. Open throughout the year the Museum hosts heritage exhibitions and shows by contemporary makers. The education room is available for lectures, talks and training events. The room can accommodate 16 for a practical sewing workshop session, up to 20 for a boardroom meeting and 25 for a lecture.
