The Estate Yountville is a village-within-a village, set on 22 pristine acres, offering a reimagined wine country experience in Yountville, the stylish hamlet of Napa Valley. The Estate Yountville is uniquely steeped in Napa’s history. One of the area’s first settlers – the Groezinger family -- developed what is now The Estate Yountville. Our vineyard, where we invite your group to explore and create memories, is home to some of Napa’s first vines and one of the only vineyards that allows the public to freely savor its magnificent grounds. It’s also available for intimate, private dining experiences. Our bungalows, Perry Lang’s restaurant, Barrel Room event space, and V Market Shops (the latter originally home to the Groezinger Winery) all welcome guests in much of the original architecture from the 1870s. Yountville is also home to the most Michelin Starred restaurants per capita in North America, along with a luxe collection of coveted tasting rooms, and distinct shops and art galleries, all set along the town’s famed thoroughfare, Washington Street. The guidelines below are based upon the total value of the contracted program (minus tax / service charge): Date of Agreement to 180 days prior to arrival - 50% From 179 days to 120 days prior to arrival - 75% From 119 days to 90 days prior to arrival - 80% From 89 days to the first arrival date of Event - 100%

The Estate Yountville offers two distinct hotel experiences, with a combined 192 rooms, and 15 extraordinary event venues, with over 55,000 square-feet of flexible indoor and outdoor settings. *The Social: The Social offers 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space that seamlessly transition to one another. The Napa-chic farm house architecture is accented with full height window walls that open to the adjoining outdoor areas. This one-of-a-kind venue features an expansive ballroom with dual-sided fireplace, lush event lawn with water features, stunning front patio and open-air courtyard bar and lounge. Attendees for social functions & meals will range from 60 - 80. Meetings capacity is likely optimized with social distancing at 64 attendees in schoolroom or crescent round meeting sets. The Pavillion: When you plan a meeting at The Estate Yountville, our surroundings serve as an instrument of inspiration. The Pavilion comes to life with two stunning adjoining gardens each with distinctly different settings. Combined, this unforgettable Napa Valley venue provides more then 15,000 square feet of sculpted terrace gardens and lush outdoor event space. As this space is primarily outdoors the entire space can accommodate 150 attendees for social gatherings and meals. From a meeting perspective this space is optimal for 100 - 120 guests in a schoolroom or crescent round meeting set. The Barrel Room: This evocative room is centrally located within The Estate Yountville property and combines the rustic character of the original 1870 Groezinger Winery with the exquisite style and amenities of a modern event experience. Grand wrought iron chandeliers and state-of-the-art theatrical and task lighting, together with several interior perimeter accent up lights, enhance this 2,470 square foot, ballroom-style space with glowing warmth from the floor to the 36-foot beam and rafter ceiling.
