Las Vegas Convention Center
Las Vegas Convention Center is one of the largest and best-equipped convention centers in the U.S. With over 3.2 million square feet of flexible meeting and trade show space and state-of-the-art audio- visual equipment, it's the facility of choice for many top U.S. conventions.
Three adjacent buildings offer about 2 million square feet of exhibit space and 144 meeting rooms, with seating capabilities from 20 to 2,500. The 225,000-square-foot grand lobby links the exhibit halls and provides a space for registration.
Amenities offered by the convention center include full-service kitchen and beverage facilities operated by Aramark; two restaurants, Banners with seating for over 700 and International Food Market with seating for 650; two Starbucks locations; and 18 permanent concession stands, portable snack bars and group meal function space for unlimited numbers.
Las Vegas Monorail stops right in front of the Center, making most of the Strip hotels less than 15 minutes away. The Center is only six miles away from the McCarran International Airport.
Parking lot for over 5,000 cars is within walking distance.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the public areas of the convention center. Internet access, as well as phone and cable services, can be arranged through Smart City Telecommunications.
The convention center is adjacent to Las Vegas Hilton, with additional meeting and event facilities; it shares a parking lot with the Renaissance Hotel.
While the Las Vegas Convention Center is a large facility, it offers personal attention to meeting planners as well as convention attendees. Concierge desks in the common areas assist with restaurant reservations and show tickets. Attendees can also check their bags for select airlines and ship unused materials via several onsite FedEx locations. The Center is operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
Cashman Center
Located near downtown Las Vegas, the Cashman Center is a multi-use facility encompassing 125,000 gross square feet. Its venues include a total of 98,100 square feet of exhibit space, 14 meeting rooms and a 1,922-seat theater.
Adjacent to the center is the 9,334-permanent seat Cashman Field baseball stadium, home of the Las Vegas 51s and at least one MLB Spring Training game annually.
The club level restaurant features an exhilarating view of the baseball complex, scenic mountains and the surrounding area. This area is ideal for parties, receptions and corporate meetings, and is well suited for lavish receptions of up to 500 guests.

Sands Expo and Convention Center
The Sands Expo Center, part of to The Venetian and the Palazzo resort complex, is one of the largest convention facilities in the U.S. It offers over 1.8 million sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space and a direct access to over 40,000 rooms, celebrity-chef restaurants and the Strip.
The Center is adjacent to the 650,000 sq. ft. Venetian Congress Center, which includes the 85,000-square-foot Venetian Ballroom and two other ballrooms, 64 meeting rooms and 3 board rooms. Top-class space with beautiful design and state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment make this a true destination and not just a meeting facility.
Part of the appeal of the Sand Center is its proximity to the Venetian and the Palazzo, with their high-end restaurants, shows, nightclubs and shopping. Mario Batali's Carnevino restaurant and Cut steakhouse, as well as Luciano Pellegrini's Valentino, are all within a short walk from the tradeshow floor of the expo center.
Many meeting planners also choose to take advantage of excellent nightclub and lounge facilities, including Tao, Lavo, and Lagasse's Stadium.
The Expo Center is just around the corner from the Las Vegas Strip and is across the street from Wynn Las Vegas.

Mandalay Bay Resort
Mandalay Bay Events Center is located adjacent to Mandalay Bay resort and is connected to The Hotel and the Four Seasons, Hotel, a non-gaming property, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
The Center features over 1.7 million square feet of flexible meeting space, including 1 million square feet of exhibit space on two levels, three levels of elegantly decorated meeting and event space, four pillar-free ballrooms ranging from 31,000 to 100,000 square feet, the largest pillar-free hotel ballroom in the U.S. The breakout space can accommodate up to 75 meetings simultaneously.
Because the Center is part of the hotel complex, it offers a direct access to thousands of hotel rooms, top-quality restaurants, including Fleur by Huber Keller, Lupo by Wolfgang Puck, and House of Blues Foundation Room, one of the most exclusive private event venues in Las Vegas.
Event planners can also take advantage of the Center's proximity to Shark Reef, the North America's only predator-based aquarium.
Mandalay Events Center also includes 12,000-seat arena that is a stage of choice for such performers as Andrea Bocelli and Britney Spears.
