Transit Windsor Bus System
The Transit Windsor bus system operates throughout a 121-square-mile service area, carrying more than six million passengers a year. The bus system runs throughout the Windsor area and provides cross-border service between Windsor and Detroit, as well as direct service to Windsor International Airport, Caesars Windsor and the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts. Buses run from 5 AM to 2 AM on weekdays and from 8 AM to midnight on weekends. Cash fare is $2.50 per ride, while a day pass can be purchased for $7.50 and a five-ride pass for $10.50. The cross-border tunnel service to Detroit is $4 per passenger.
VIA Rail
The Windsor VIA Rail station is located at 298 Walker Road. The station provides service to the Toronto-Windsor route, which connects Toronto and Windsor with a stop in London, Ontario. The Windsor VIA Rail station is open daily from 5 AM to 11:40 PM.
Greyhound
Windsor's Greyhound station is located at the Transit Terminal Downtown Windsor at 400 Chatham Street West. The Windsor station is open daily from 7 AM to 9 PM and provides service throughout Ontario, Michigan, Ohio and New York.
