Munich (München in German) – the capital and largest city of the German region of Bavaria – is a city that has retained its medieval layout despite being a hub for finance and publishing industries. Visitors can reach the city via the Munich airport, which is served by more than 80 carriers. The wide array of Munich hotels and venues cater to events of varying types and sizes, and Munich restaurants such as Augustiner-Keller, Tantris, and Marktwirt cater to large groups, helping make the city a great MICE destination.
