Bemos
Many tourists opt to use bemos, or small vans, which shuttle passengers throughout the island. Bemos are organized by color-coded routes and operate via terminals throughout the island, especially in Denpasar. There are no set schedules, and fares vary by route.

Buses
Buses are an economical and convenient way to get around Bali and transfer between islands in Indonesia. However, buses may not provide a direct service, so they aren't quick. Buses operate out of the same terminals as bemos.
