Weather and Seasonality

December to February is the best time to visit Cebu City. It is considered to be the gateway to paradise for it is located nearby to some of the most beautiful pristine beaches like Bantayan, Camotes, Mactan and Malapascua. It experiences, and hence, it is usually hot and humid with heavy rainfalls during monsoon. The winter months are generally about sunny days and cool evenings which makes it great for day trips in and around the city. March to May is extremely hot and humid, and uncomfortable. June-August are the monsoon months, and it usually sees heavy precipitation with occasional typhoons. Also, all the destinations can’t be reached during this time, and therefore, you should avoid planning your vacation in the monsoon season....
