Fajardo Airport information
The Luis Munoz Marin International Airport is located just 20 minutes or 10 miles southeast of San Juan, Puerto Rico and just 13 minutes or 7 miles from the Puerto Rico Convention Center Pedro Rossello. Most San Juan hotels are no more than a 15 minute cab ride from the terminal.

Fajardo Train information
The 10.7-mile Tren Urbano, or Urban Train, is a rapid transit system – the first of its kind in the Caribbean – that links the central San Juan business district to Bayamon and Guaynabo. The Tren Urbano operates on one route stopping at 16 elevated, grade-level and underground stations. Plans to extend the system to Old San Juan and the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport are in the pre-development stage.
Tren Urbano runs daily from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM. A single trip is $0.75 for adults, free for adults transferring from an AMA bus or $0.25 for adults transferring from a Metrobus bus. Fares are $0.35 for Students and free for children under 6 and Seniors over 75.

Puerto Rico has numerous taxi companies, many of which serve the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. The white Official Tourism Company-sponsored taxis are identified by the official logo and "Taxi Turistico" label on the front doors. These taxis offer fixed rates to different popular attractions around the Metro Area from and to the Airport.
