Located in the southern area of downtown, the Tucson Convention Center features flexible meeting space, fantastic amenities and state-of-the-art technology. Next to the downtown historic district and right around the corner from the business and financial district, the Tucson Convention Center offers guests the best of both worlds. It is within walking distance of more than 40 restaurants.
Planners can enjoy a variety of flexible spaces at the center, including the 11,236-square-foot Grand Lobby and the stately 20,164-square-foot Grand Ballroom, accented with tiered ceilings and elegant chandeliers. The 89,760-square-foot Exhibit Hall can be split into three distinct spaces. The center also offers eight meeting rooms ranging from 700 square feet to 1,820 square feet and featuring sliding partitions for optimal layout flexibility.In addition to the main center, the complex features three additional adjacent meeting spaces: the Tucson Arena, Tucson Music Hall and Leo Rich Theater. In the adjacent Tucson Arena, planners find flexible seating arrangements for up to 8,962 people and a 29,520-square-foot multi-purpose arena floor that can be used as exhibition space. The arena features a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system and wireless Internet connectivity.The Tucson Music Hall auditorium has permanent seating for 2,289 people, 30,000 square feet of show space, a 6,125-square-foot stage, a 1,216-square-foot lobby and 2,700 square feet of additional wing space. The more intimate Leo Rich Theater features 511 plush seats along with 2,720 square feet of show space, a 2,500-square-foot lobby and an additional 2,500 square feet of wing space. The Leo Rich Theater also offers dimmable incandescent lighting, a complete sound system and wired Internet service.
The Tucson Convention Center boasts an in-house food and beverage department handling all catering, concessions and table linen service, as well as a full suite of specialized audio-visual services. The convention center parking lots feature 1,060 parking spaces. Additional private and municipal parking lots located within a few blocks surrounding the center offer an additional 3,720 parking spaces. In addition, the Tucson Convention Center is a stop along the popular Modern Streetcar line.
