Highlights of Anaheim

1. A Beach Within Reach
Centrally located in the heart of Southern California, Orange County is home to 42-miles of Pacific Ocean coastline and is sunny 280 days per year. The perfect before-or-after meeting perk, a trip to the Pacific takes a mere 20 minutes from Anaheim, and even less from other Orange County cities.

2. Explore Foodieville
While Anaheim is a top convention destination, dining here is anything but conventional. We’re very much a foodie city with eateries running the gamut – from greasy spoons and health-conscious hotspots, ethnic enclaves with authentic favorites to the ever-expanding brewery scene.

3. All Fun and Games
Anaheim and Orange County is a legendary place to bookend any meeting or to weave into team-building activities. Unforgettable attractions include Disneyland® Resort®, professional sporting events, outdoor recreation, luxury shopping and more.

Convention Centers
More than 1 million convention attendees walk the palm-tree-lined path to enter the beautiful, glass-paneled Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) each year. The ACC is the largest convention center on the West Coast and was the first convention center on the West Coast to offer free Wi-Fi throughout the entire center. It is the cornerstone of the Anaheim Resort District, a 1,100-acre walkable, campus-like area that's home to a variety of hotels, attractions, and restaurants — as well as the world-famous Disneyland® Resort. The Anaheim Convention Center totals 1.8 million square feet, offering 1,213,000 square feet of exhibit space, 238,000 square feet of meeting space, 99 meeting rooms, two 100,000-square-foot ballrooms, and 200,000 square feet of prefunction and lobby space. One of the ballrooms is a carpeted, column-free space with glass doors opening up to a 10,000-square-foot covered balcony. The center's modern interior is filled with light, thanks to the sweeping, wave-shaped wall of glass that spans the entire length of the building; the wall also allows for perfect views of the Anaheim Resort District.
The Grand and Arena Plazas are versatile, multi-use event spaces totaling 200,000 square feet, perfect for large outdoor gatherings, receptions, and exhibits. With multiple hotels, a world-class theme park, and restaurants within walking distance, these unique outdoor event venues make the Anaheim Convention Center campus a top choice among warm-weather destinations.
The ACC is within a mile of 18,239 hotel rooms. Among the largest properties with meeting space in the convention center area is the 1,572-room Hilton Anaheim, which is adjacent to the ACC and offers several meeting rooms totaling 140,000 square feet. The 1,030-room Anaheim Marriott, also adjacent to the ACC, offers 100,000 square feet of meeting space.
Amenities at the ACC are plentiful, as it offers wall-to-wall 10-gigabyte Wi-Fi capabilities, catering by ARAMARK, and a full suite of sustainable and green practices, including recycling and water and energy conservation efforts. In fact, the ACC's lighting is supported by solar panels on the roof. Plenty of parking surrounds the center, as well as the Anaheim Resort District as a whole. The ACC's 28,410-square-foot Arena, which seats 7,500 people, completed an extensive renovation, including the addition of a new ceiling and roof, new outdoor space, and interior updates.
