Part of California’s beautiful Greater Palm Springs region, Indian Wells is a refined mixture of country clubs, private estates, and exclusive resorts all at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Meeting travelers come to Indian Wells for its wealth of event venues, which offer a total of 270,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as its group adventures and upscale shopping and dining destinations. Indian Wells is also known for its recreation, most notably tennis, as it has hosted the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament each spring since 2000.

Meeting travelers can fly into Palm Springs International Airport, which is about 30 minutes outside Indian Wells. The airport accommodates 10 airlines and serves 20 nonstop destinations throughout the U.S. and Canada, connecting to more than 500 destinations worldwide. Once in Palm Springs, travelers can hop aboard the public SunLine Transit Agency bus system, which serves a number of Indian Wells locations.

The event facilities encompass three ballrooms, 49 meeting rooms, and 22 breakout rooms, as well as prefunction space with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer dramatic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
