Weather and Seasonality
Like most New England cities, the weather in Cambridge varies greatly. Summers are typically sunny and hot with temperatures averaging around 82F. Winters are cold with temperatures averaging 37F. Cambridge receives an average of 42 inches of snow per year, primarily during the months of January and March. Although Cambridge is a year-round destination, the absolute best time to visit is during late spring or early fall when temperatures are mild.
