Located about 30 minutes outside of Annapolis, Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) serves an estimated 62,000 passengers every day on one of its nearly 700 commercial operations, providing nonstop service to dozens of domestic and international destinations. Annapolis Ground information

Annapolis Transit

Annapolis Transit offers regular bus service throughout Annapolis and its surrounding area, including direct service to many area hotels. Fare is $2 each way. Passengers can purchase a day pass for $4 and a weekly pass for $20. Schedules vary by route.

Annapolis Circulator

Operated by the Annapolis Department of Transportation, the Annapolis Circulator is a downtown shuttle service that makes it easy to access the city’s shops, restaurants, entertainment and attractions. The shuttle serves the city’s four downtown parking garages; even if you don’t access the shuttle from one of the garages, you can flag a trolley drive for a ride in the Central Business District. The shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 11 pm and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm. The fare is $1 per ride; service to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is $2 per ride.

Watermark Water Taxi

Visitors can traverse the Annapolis Harbor, including Spa Creek and Back Creek, via Watermark water taxis, which run from mid-May to mid-September. Get between downtown Annapolis and Eastport quickly aboard the water taxi. Service runs Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 11 pm; Friday from 9:30 am to 1 am; Saturday from 9 am to 1 am; and Sunday from 9 am to 11 pm. Rates run from $3 to $8 per person depending on destination.

Greyhound

The Annapolis Greyhound station, located at 308 Chinquapin Round Road, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
