The Helena Area Transit Service (HATS) provides curb-to-curb and fixed route bus service throughout downtown Helena and the East Valley. The 18-stop fixed route makes stops at major shopping and business centers throughout Helena. Bus service runs Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM. Bus fare is $1.50 per ride; children age 5 and under ride free.

The Helena Greyhound station is located at 1415 N. Montana Ave. The station is open daily from 3 to 8 PM.

The Helena Regional Airport is home to rental car counters for Alamo, Avis, Hertz and National. Rental car counters are located outside of the baggage claim area. Enterprise also services the airport, but does not have a counter at the airport.
