SNOW Bus
Running from December through mid-April, the SNOW bus provides free daily transportation between downtown Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort. This popular seasonal system stops at lodges, movie theaters, recreation spots, restaurants, and the Central Avenue shopping district.
Glacier Express Shuttle
Hop aboard the seasonal Glacier Express Shuttle, which runs from July through early September, to enjoy free transportation between downtown Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort. The shuttle also runs between Whitefish and Apgar Visitor Center in Glacier National Park multiple times day for $10 per adult passenger and $5 per child passenger age 12 and younger.
Amtrak
Located at 500 Depot Street, the Whitefish Amtrak station is serviced by the Empire Builder route, which runs daily between Chicago and the Pacific Northwest. The station is open daily from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
Greyhound
The Whitefish Greyhound station is located at 500 Depot Street and open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
