Atlantic City Airport information
Less than a five-hour drive for roughly one-third of the U.S. population, Atlantic City is easily accessible by car or coach bus via the Atlantic City Expressway; air travel is available through Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) or Atlantic City International Airport. Direct train service from Philadelphia's 30th Street Station and New York’s Penn Station is also available.

Atlantic City Rail Terminal Rail service to Atlantic City is provided by New Jersey Transit on their Atlantic City line, which provides service between the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia and Atlantic City's rail terminal, conveniently located at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Train service from Philadelphia runs every hour to hour and a half and costs $8 for a one-way adult pass. The ride to the seaside is about 90 minutes in duration.

New Jersey Transit Bus LinesNew Jersey Transit operates a bus network throughout New Jersey and into New York and Philadelphia, including stops at Manhattan, Newark, Trenton, Philadelphia and Atlantic City. Stops within Atlantic City include the Trump Marina Casino, Harrah's Resort and Brigantine Beach. Schedules and fares vary based on route.JitneysThe famous Jitneys have been a favored mode of transport for Atlantic City patrons for over 90 years. Jitneys, small shared buses or taxis on a preset route, run on four color-coded lines to points along Pacific Avenue, one block parallel to the Boardwalk, Casino Strip and the Marina area. The Orange Route, which provides service to and from the convention center and train station, runs from 7 AM to 7 PM. All other Jitney lines run 24 hours a day. Fare is $1.50. The Jitney service, in partnership with NJ Transit, provides free shuttles from the train station to all Atlantic City Casinos.Rental CarsBudget, Avis and Hertz all service the Atlantic City Airport. Rental car counters are located in the airport terminal outside the baggage claim area.TaxisTaxis are available throughout the city as well as curbside at the airport for all flight arrivals. A cab from the Atlantic City Airport to the city center costs around $25 to $30.
