Travel
1. Travel
Las Vegas makes it easy for all those delegates to arrive. McCarran International Airport, which is located right next to the Strip, is ranked among the 12 busiest airports in the world based on the amount of passenger activity, and is served by more than 30 air carriers.
Hotels
2. Hotels
With over 140,000 hotel rooms, attendees are always close to their event venue, entertainment, shopping and everything they need for a great experience. Las Vegas event venues are top-notch, transporting your group to Venice, Paris or New York - all without leaving the Strip.
Leisure
3. Leisure
For those craving Old Vegas-style glitz, the downtown area and Fremont Street, with its iconic hotels, have been transformed into a hip destination with high-end facilities (at value prices). Downtown now offers a unique blend of vintage and ultra-modern.
Convention Centers
Las Vegas Convention Center
Las Vegas Convention Center is one of the largest and best-equipped convention centers in the U.S. With over 3.2 million square feet of flexible meeting and trade show space and state-of-the-art audio- visual equipment, it's the facility of choice for many top U.S. conventions.
Three adjacent buildings offer about 2 million square feet of exhibit space and 144 meeting rooms, with seating capabilities from 20 to 2,500. The 225,000-square-foot grand lobby links the exhibit halls and provides a space for registration.
Food and beverage services are provided by ARAMARK. ARAMARK's convention cafes and restaurants are stationed at 18 permanent locations and include concession stands, portable snack bars and group meal function space throughout the facilities including two flagship restaurants Luckys and Aces with a combined total of more than 1,200 seats.
Las Vegas Monorail stops right in front of the Center, making most of the Strip hotels less than 15 minutes away. The Center is only 3.5 miles away from the McCarran International Airport.
Parking lot for over 5,000 cars is within walking distance.
Telecommunications services including voice, video and data are provided by Cox Business. High-speed Internet service is available throughout the public areas of the convention center.
The convention center is adjacent to the LVH-Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, with additional meeting and event facilities; it shares a parking lot with the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel.
While the Las Vegas Convention Center is a large facility, it offers personal attention to meeting planners as well as convention attendees. Concierge desks in the common areas assist with restaurant reservations and show tickets. The Center is operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
