Situated in the heart of Green Country in northeastern Oklahoma, Tulsa's setting makes it easy to get almost anywhere throughout the metropolitan area in 20 minutes or less, including the Tulsa International Airport, which sits just 15 minutes outside of downtown. The airport serves 72 daily flights and offers direct flights to 16 U.S. destinations, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Las Vegas, Laughlin, Memphis, Miami, Minneapolis, Newark, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, St. Louis and Washington DC. At the airport, delegates can access curbside Tulsa Transit service, which takes passengers to downtown Tulsa. Operating Monday through Saturday, the Tulsa Transit public bus system features two travel hubs, including the Downtown Denver Avenue Station, which is located within a short walk of Cox Business Center.

Formerly known as Tulsa Convention Center, downtown Tulsa's Cox Business Center boasts 310,625 square feet of flexible exhibit space, including the state's largest ballroom, which spans 30,000 square feet. The light-filled, newly renovated and expanded center sits within steps of downtown lodging, entertainment and dining, and is conveniently connected via covered skybridge to the 417-room DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Tulsa. Meeting and event spaces include 35 meeting rooms; 102,600-square-foot, column-free Exhibit Hall; 8,900-seat arena; 20,000-square-foot Conference Hall; and 7,700-square-foot Assembly Hall.

In addition to Cox Business Center, Tulsa is home to a variety of unique venues that serve as fantastic locations for group meetings, events, outings and more. Situated across the street from Cox Business Center, BOK Center is a world-class entertainment venue home to the WNBA Tulsa Shock and CHL Tulsa Oilers. Hosting athletics, major concerts and more, the BOK Center also serves as a place for group gatherings and rentals, thanks to its party suites and flexible spaces. Located about 20 minutes outside of downtown Tulsa, the Spirit Bank Event Center serves as the home of the Tulsa 66ers NBA D-League affiliate of the Oklahoma City Thunder. The center features two 5,000-square-foot multi-purpose ballrooms, luxury suites, a party room and main arena configurations for private rentals.

Tulsa also features a number of culture- and arts-focused unique venues, such as the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. Spanning a half city block in downtown Tulsa, the Tulsa Performing Arts Center houses four theaters, studio space and a large reception hall, and rentable spaces ranging from the 2,365-seat Chapman Music Hall and 3,000-square-foot Kathleen P. Westby Pavilion to the black box Liddy Doenges Theatre and 437-seat John H. Williams Theatre. The Woody Guthrie Center celebrates the life and legacy of the legendary folksinger and songwriter, as well as features a variety of rental opportunities within its gallery, classroom and theater spaces. One of Tulsa's most beloved cultural treasures, the Philbrook Museum of Art houses a 8,500-item art collection in a 72-room Italian Renaissance villa, completed in 1927 and situated on 23 acres. The museum welcomes groups to tour its impressive art collection, as well as hold private events throughout its indoor and outdoor spaces.
