Our unique venues include Utah Olympic Park, which continues our 2002 Winter Games legacy and looks ahead to the Games’ return in 2034. Our two world-class ski resorts, Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort, open their facilities for summer events and conferences. They provide a creative and unique environment for attendees to come together and move their world and industry to new heights.

Park City has a variety of meeting hotels—including 4,000 committable rooms—and meeting spaces as elevated as they are distinct. Our destination is ideally suited for groups of 10 to 500, offering the perfect setting for intimate and mid-sized gatherings. For larger events, we can seamlessly accommodate resort-wide meetings of up to 1,000 attendees by utilizing multiple hotels, ensuring every attendee feels like they're nestled a world away.

Weather and Seasonality

With an altitude of 7,000 feet, Park City enjoys a pleasant, dry climate with low humidity. Average temperatures in summer tend to be in the 70s with the warmest months of the year being July and August. Winter temperatures average in the 20s with the coolest month of the year being January. Park City receives an average of 16 inches of rainfall per year, primarily in the summer months, as well as over 60 inches of annual snowfall.As a world-class skiing destination, Park City is popular during the winter months as travelers hit the slopes. Guests may also be surprised to find that summer is an ideal time to visit, as the weather is mild and they are able to take advantage of the area's natural beauty and more opportunities for outdoor recreation....
