With an altitude of 7,000 feet, Park City enjoys a pleasant, dry climate with low humidity. Average temperatures in summer tend to be in the 70s with the warmest months of the year being July and August. Winter temperatures average in the 20s with the coolest month of the year being January. Park City receives an average of 16 inches of rainfall per year, primarily in the summer months, as well as over 60 inches of annual snowfall.As a world-class skiing destination, Park City is popular during the winter months as travelers hit the slopes.
