The station provides service to the Empire Builder route, which runs daily between Chicago and the Pacific Northwest among major portions of the Lewis and Clark trail, with major stops in Milwaukee, Spokane, Portland and Seattle.

Ben Franklin Transit bus service serves the Tri-Cities, Finley, Benton City and Prosser along 22 fixed routes, including a Wine Country route that runs on select Fridays and Saturdays from May through September. Buses run Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM. One-way fare is $1.50 for adults and $1 for passengers age 6 through high school age, while 10-ride passes cost $12 for adults and $8 for passengers age 6 through high school age. An all-day pass is $4 per passenger.

The Greyhound Station, at 535 North 1st Avenue in Pasco, as well as a bus stop at Tri-Cities Airport, serve the Tri-Cities areas. The Pasco station is open daily from 4 to 5:45 AM and 8 AM to 11 PM.
