A historic stone building - the Pavilion - is the centerpiece of the Cold Water Canyon site, which is operated by Dells Boat Tours and is now available for booking business meetings, wedding events and other small group gatherings. Set amidst the dramatic sandstone cliffs of the region, Cold Water Canyon is a tributary glen that cuts deep into the east bank of the Wisconsin River. The site was once a regular stop for Dells Boat Tours, which operates river excursions from spring through fall. The site is now reserved exclusively for private gatherings such as wedding ceremonies and banquets, family reunions, special occasion dinners, meetings and business retreats. The interior of the 800-square-foot Pavilion has been refurbished in stone and wood decor, along with stylish wrought iron lighting that is suitable for elegant affairs or more casual gatherings. The Pavilion is equipped with a built-in bar service area, a lighted dance floor and a gas fire place. The space is wired for audio/visual needs and features indoor/outdoor speakers.

Groups can gather - and laugh together - at Circus World in nearby Baraboo, the founding place of the Ringling Brothers Circus.
