Situated in one of South Africa’s top tourist destinations, surrounded with a backdrop of Table Mountain, The Pavilion Conference Centre focuses on a “conference experience” that combines a beautiful and flexible facility and service excellence. State of the art facilities, easy parking, 1117 hotel rooms within walking distance and access to all the major highways makes The Pavilion the perfect choice for anyone wishing to take their conference experience to the next level. The Pavilion team offer clients a one stop value added service by being able to organise accommodation, decor, security, transfers, exhibition stands, entertainment and specialised AV equipment to accompany any conference enquiry. We aim to create a complete and flexible personalised service to bring people and businesses together. The Pavilion's conference facilities are flexible; in that we offer various sized venues tailor made to suit our clients’ needs. We can offer a cocktail party for up to 1400 delegates; or a small corporate meeting in our Pacific boardroom for 10 delegates. In total we offer 5 meeting rooms, some of which are interleading for bigger groups. In our Atlantic venue, we can accommodate up to 750 guests for a banquet dinner. Using the first and ground floors; we can accommodate up to 200 shell schemes for an exhibition. We pride ourselves in our AV offering with state-of-the-art equipment to complement your experience. The Pavilion Team is proud to announce the unveiling of a second conference centre in May 2012. The Pavilion Clock Tower in the V&A Waterfront boasts venues with stunning views of the harbour and the ability to accommodate up to 21 different room configurations for conferences and events. Maximum capacities include 850 pax for a cocktail event; 380 for a gala dinner and up to 460 cinema style seating. During winter 2012, the Ground Floor of the Pavilion Conference Centre will be undergoing a refurbishment which includes the demolition of the IMAX theatre and the levelling of the entire floor space to be able to accommodate the projected capacities of up to 750 pax for a gala dinner and up to 1400 pax for a cocktail event.
