Cancellation Policy

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, all deposits will be forfeited in addition to the following charges: Up to 120 days prior to Arrival All or part of suites reserved may be cancelled. The confirmation deposit will be refunded upon the total cancellation of the booking. 119 to 91 days prior to Arrival Up to 10% of suites reserved may be cancelled without charge. In excess of this amount a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rate for any additional suites cancelled will apply. The payment will be forfeited according to the cancellation terms. 90 to 61 days prior to Arrival Up to 10% of remaining suites reserved may be cancelled without charge. In excess of this amount a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rate for any additional suites cancelled will apply. The payment will be forfeited according to the cancellation terms. 60 to 31 days prior to Arrival Up to 5% of remaining suites reserved may be cancelled without charge. In excess of this amount a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rate for any additional suites cancelled will apply. The payment will be forfeited according to the cancellation terms. 30 days prior to Arrival Full cancellation fees apply for all rooms cancelled within 30 days of arrival. All deposit paid will be forfeited. CONFERENCE & BANQUETING CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, the hotel must be notified in writing and it may be necessary to charge a cancellation fee. The amount of any Conference and Banqueting cancellation will be calculated on a percentage basis of the estimated total conference and banqueting revenue based on provisional numbers. Up to 121 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 30% of the estimated total conference and banquet revenue will apply 120 to 31 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated total conference and banqueting revenue will apply 30 to 16 days – a cancellation fee of 75% of the of the estimated total conference and banqueting revenue will apply Within 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date – 100% cancellation fee of the programmed conference and banquet revenue will apply Food and Beverage prices are based on the contracted number of guests. If numbers drop by more then 20% prices may be revised The above conditions will also apply to all contractors and suppliers organised by the hotel on behalf of the client.
