OnArrival allows planners and event staff to check attendees into
events and sessions as fast as possible. Staff can search the list of their
current registrants by search, quick alphabet navigation, or scanning a
barcode. All data syncs seamlessly and automatically with the Cvent
Event Management System:

Wireless, On-Demand Badge Printing
Pre printing name badges can be quite painful. There are always changes onsite, new registrations, errors on the badge and setting up lines by alphabet groups isn’t exactly the best way to impress your guests. OnArrival does’t require a technician to setup the printers either. Just connect the iPads to printers via wireless bluetooth technology and you are set to start printing badges. Payments, Extra Sales & Donations
With OnArrival, you can collect payments quickly and securely just by swiping a credit card. Great for walk-in delegates or registrants with an outstanding balance due. In addition, OnArrival allows organisers to sell additional items like T-shirts or Books. If you are raising funds, sell raffle tickets or collect additional donations onsite.
OnArrival is available at no additional cost to Cvent’s Event Management customers. While OnArrival has been great for smaller and simpler events, OnArrival Premium is now available for larger events. At an additional cost, OnArrival Premium can help you handle the more advanced needs of larger events including:
