Until 6 months prior to arrival 100% of the contracted room nights and event revenue can be cancelled at no charge. Until 3 months prior to arrival 20% of the remaining room nights and event revenue can be cancelled at no charge. Until 14 days prior to arrival 10% of the remaining room nights and event revenue can be cancelled at no charge. Late Cancellation and No Shows, even for single participants, will be charged with 90% of confirmed room rates/ event charges. Cancellation periods stated above shall apply for both contracting parties.
