Balavil Hotel is a local family run business situated on the main street in Newtonmore. We have 51 en-suite bedrooms that have recently been refurbished for 2012/13 season. The surrounding scenery is spectacular, with plenty of activities available to help you explore it. The Hotel has 4 main function areas that consist of a Lounge Bar, a Public Bar, a Dining Room and a Restaurant. In our Restaurant, we can accommodate up to 150 guests for such events comfortably. All the spaces are equipped with necessary infrastructure to make your event successful and memorable.

A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
