CANCELLATION OF THE ENTIRE EVENT: Will be made in writing stating the reasons for the cancellation. The cancellation of the entire event means no refunds of deposits already received. NO-SHOW AND REDUCTION IN ROOM-NIGHTS: All reductions must be made in writing. There will be no penalty fee applied for the following percentages in the reduction of room-nights (room-nights: total number of room-nights multiplied by the number of nights). The reduction percentages will be calculated on the new resulting totals in each period. Between the signature of the contract and 60 days prior to the event 15% of contracted room-nights Between 59 and 30 days prior to the date of the event 10% of resulting room-nights Between 29 and 7 days prior to the date of the event 5% of resulting room-nights Within less than 6 days prior to the date of the event and in no-shows 100% billing of the services CANCELLATION OF EVENT ROOMS: Please make the cancellation in writing, but it will be billed in full. CATERING SERVICES: Services confirmation: Both the choice of dishes, if necessary, as well as modifications to the menu due to allergies and/or intolerances and alternative food (vegetarian/vegan, etc.), and also the final confirmation of the number of diners, must be made maximum up to 7 days before the event. Services cancellation: In terms of catering services, up to 20% of guests may be cancelled without penalty fee up to 4 days before the event; 100% billing for cancellation of guests 72 hours before the event.
