Xinjiang Xigoma International Hotel Management Co., Ltd. mainly engages in hotel management, accommodation, catering services, tourism resource development, department store retail, and other businesses. The total construction area is about 22000 square meters, with 13 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The parking lot can accommodate about 400 large, medium, and small vehicles at the same time. The first to third floors are the hotel lobby and supporting catering facilities, while the fourth to thirteenth floors are the hotel rooms and large, medium, and small conference rooms. The room supporting facilities are designed according to the intelligent star standard. The hotel is located in the north foot of Tianshan Mountain, the southwest edge of the Junggar Basin, the southern screen of Tianshan Mountain, and the beautiful western oil city Dushanzi across China National Highway 312 in the north. It is known as the Gobi Pearl. The place name comes from Dushan, which lies in the southwest of the urban area. Dushan is in the east-west "one" shape. It is independent of the Gobi because it is not connected with other mountains. In Uyghur language and Kazakh language, Dushanzi is called "Maytak" or "Mayitao", and "Xigoma" is named from the west - Gobi pearl - Maytak, and because "Xigoma" is transliterated into the mathematical Summation "∑", meaning "and".
