Eight Hotel Paraggi is located in S. Margherita Ligure, Italy. The hotel, magnificently located in the most exclusive bay of the Riviera, is a XIX century villa set between the lush maquis and the crystal-clear sea water midway between Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, the bay is perfectly inserted in the surrounding cliffs and is the ideal spot for all those who wish to combine the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere of the bay and the high life of Portofino. The recently refurbished hotel offer its guests a fresh, modern and elegant environment with 13 different rooms in terms of size and typologies, all equipped with every comfort. Light colours to amplify the effect of the light of the bay combined to neutral and relaxing nuances as well as flowers, essences and scented candles to perfume the environment and the spirit. To complete this picture-perfect site, the Restaurant overlooking the beach offers delicious and tasty Liguria and Italian specialties, a perfect spot for a romantic candle-light dinner or to host events. The exclusive private beach offers all services and facilities to spend an enchanting day outdoors.

We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
