About us

Steeped in 19th-century character and charm, The Grand Hotel, located in the prestigious coastal village of Malahide, is an award-winning four-star property and one of Dublin’s leading venues for conferences, meetings, and corporate events. Originally built in 1835, The Grand has a distinguished history, from welcoming early railway travellers to evolving through several significant redevelopments. Its most recent chapter commenced in March 2025 when the hotel joined FBD Hotels & Resorts, initiating a substantial programme of investment and refurbishment. Enhancements include a redesigned lobby, a comprehensively upgraded Tara Suite, and refreshed ground-floor public spaces. Today, The Grand successfully combines heritage elegance with contemporary comfort, offering modernised public areas, extensive conference and banqueting facilities, and a high standard of service. The hotel features 202 elegantly appointed bedrooms and suites, many of which enjoy panoramic views across Dublin Bay. Guests also benefit from access to the renowned Arena Health & Fitness Club and exceptional dining at the Coast Restaurant, where panoramic sea views create a memorable setting for every meal. The Grand offers excellent accessibility for both domestic and international delegates, located approximately 25 minutes by car from Dublin International Airport. The hotel is just a short walk from public transport links offering direct connections to Dublin city centre and provides complimentary on-site parking for added convenience. Meeting and event facilities include a comprehensive range of boardrooms, syndicate rooms, large conference suites, and exhibition spaces, suitable for everything from senior executive meetings to large-scale national and international conferences. The Tara Suite, the hotel’s flagship conference venue, can accommodate up to 400 delegates and is fully equipped with advanced audiovisual technology, including a dedicated sound room to support high-quality presentations. Whether you are planning a corporate meeting or a international conference, The Grand provides an exceptional setting, a modern hotel with a rich past, proudly located in the heart of Malahide.

Malahide Castle
Malahide Castle
Historical landmark
1 km
One of the highlights of Malahide village in County Dublin is Malahide Castle and Demesne. It used to belong to the Estate of the Talbots de Malahide, and is located just a short walk from Malahide Village and train station. Part of the Demesne originated in the 12th century, and its grounds represent over 270 acres (1.2 km squared) of field and forest covered parkland. The oldest remaining parts of the castle date back to 1185 A.D. The original structure has been extended and developed over the centuries and has provided a home and a sanctuary for the Talbot family for over 790 years. In 1975, Rose Talbot sold the castle to the Irish State to help fund inheritance taxes. In recent years, Malahide Castle has undergone an ambitious €12 million redevelopment plan that has reasserted it as one of the top tourist destinations in the country. The Secret Gardens are a particular draw, featuring magnificent walled gardens. A new shopping and cafe centre has also been added to the current Castle Courtyard.

Malahide Beach
Malahide Beach
Recreation
Dublin City has the enormous advantage of being situated by the coast and Malahide village is one of its most charming coastal locations, within easy reach of Dublin airport and the city centre. Malahide has a 2km beach, which (following an attractive coastal walk) leads into the neighbouring Portmarnock beach. This beach is lifeguarded during the summer months and has facilities for the disabled. Malahide Beach offers a lovely vista out to Lambay Island, Howth and Ireland's Eye. Walking from the village along the beach you’ll come to the wide velvet strand along the Mouth of the Estuary, from here the beach leads to Low Rock, a popular swimming section of the beach. After this the beach gets more rocky as you approach High Rock, for a more challenging swim and eventually if you continue on you will find yourself at Portmarnock beach where the sandy strand opens wide in front of you once more.

We started LMS Brandz because we saw a need in the promotional product market for a better, more personalized experience for the customer. There are a lot of promo companies out there to choose from, but it’s not always about the cheapest price or the fastest turnaround time (although we pride ourselves in “making it happen” for the client). For us, it comes down to generating promotional strategies that work, earning our clients’ trust, and providing excellent customer service .
