Het is ons een genoegen om haalbare alternatieven te bieden aan onze brede groep bezoekers van alle leeftijden en achtergronden. Het winkelcentrum beschikt over zowel binnen- als buitenruimte. Met zijn gigantische glazen koepel en glazen plafonds brengt ons winkelcentrum de zon naar binnen en biedt onze bezoekers de perfecte harmonie tussen binnencomfort en luchtigheid in de buitenlucht. Wij zijn van mening dat ons winkelcentrum de hoogste normen moet bieden op het gebied van service en presentatie, evenals op het gebied van architecturale details en technische oplossingen. Hier kunnen onze bezoekers genieten van het zitten in de schaduw van een boom of het comfort van een praatje maken met een plaatselijke winkelier, samen met het ultieme plezier van het kijken naar een film in een ultramodern theater of de vervulling van een actief stadsleven. Alles is mogelijk onder één dak. We zijn erin geslaagd om plezier, sport en winkelen te combineren dankzij 12 bioscoopcomplexen (1 IMAX 3D), een Hillside City Club-fitnessruimte van 3500 m2 en uitstekende restaurants die delicatessen uit de wereldkeuken aanbieden. Ook 20 kleine speciaalzaken in onze Bazaarbuurt staan klaar om uw gastronomische geneugten te serveren. Sinds onze eerste dag hebben we onze naam op veel beginpunten gezet. In 2008 kroonde de grootste vastgoed- en retailbeurs ter wereld, Mapic, ons tot „Shopping Mall-ontwikkelaar van het jaar”. In 2009 heeft de International Shopping Mall Council ICSC ons de Grand Opening, Expansion & Renovation en Maxi Silver awards toegekend. In hetzelfde jaar werden we ook uitgeroepen tot Europa's beste winkelcentrum door ICSC. Ook heeft de Shopping Malls and Retailers Association AMPD ons de prijs „Shopping Mall of the Year” toegekend.

Decennialang wachtten de supporters van Galatasaray op een nieuw stadion, waarbij talloze visioenen werden getoond, en later werden ze geannuleerd. Uiteindelijk bleek in 2007 de internationale wedstrijd die werd gewonnen door Duitse 'asp'-architecten de laatste te zijn, waarbij in december 2007 met de bouw in het noordwesten van Istanbul werd begonnen. Een nieuw terrein met uitgebreide parkeerinfrastructuur werd opgenomen in een semi-kunstmatige heuvel genaamd Seyrantepe, die al snel door fans werd omgedoopt tot Aslantepe („Lion's Hill”). Als gevolg van wijzigingen in de contractanten werd de investering te laat, in december 2010, uitgevoerd. Op 12 januari werd de laatste officiële wedstrijd tegen de oude Ali Sami Yen gespeeld en slechts 3 dagen later evenaarde Galatasaray Ajax Amsterdam in de thuisopener van het nieuwe veld. De locatie biedt een enorm aantal van 211 skyboxen, waarvan er 57 na opening zijn gebouwd vanwege de grote vraag. Er zijn nog vaste supporters over, ongeveer 45.000.
