Peruutuskäytäntö

Asiakas voi peruuttaa kokonaisen makuuhuoneen kokonaisuuden tai osan niistä, ruoka- ja juomavaatimukset ja Kokous- ja juhlatilan vaatimukset seuraavien sovittujen ehtojen mukaisesti. Hotelli säilyttää kaikki talletukset, jos se irtisanotaan kokonaan. Asiakkaan yksipuolinen irtisanominen, jota ei ole perusteltu hotellin velvoitteiden noudattamatta jättämisellä, pakottaa irtisanottajan maksamaan kiinteän korvauksen, joka lasketaan seuraavasti: Majoitus, ruoka ja juoma sekä vuokraus A) Osittainen peruutus (kuluminen): Mikäli ryhmä peruuttaa osan Huonekorttelista, sovelletaan seuraavia sovittuja ehtoja: a) Jos tämän Sopimuksen ja 60. päivän välisenä aikana ennen saapumista Ryhmä peruuttaa enintään 15% huoneen kokonaismäärästä, peruutuskuluja ei aiheudu edellyttäen, että kaikista peruutuksista, jotka ylittävät mainitut 15%, veloitetaan peruutusmaksu, joka on 100% peruutetusta osasta Huoneen kokonaishinnasta. b) Jos 59. päivän ja 30. päivän välisenä aikana ennen saapumista Ryhmä peruuttaa enintään 10% huoneen kokonaismäärästä, peruutusmaksuja ei aiheudu edellyttäen, että kaikista peruutuksista, jotka ylittävät mainitun 10% huoneen kokonaismäärästä, veloitetaan 100% peruutusmaksu. c) Jos ryhmä peruuttaa 29. päivän ja 07. päivän välisenä aikana enintään 5% huoneen kokonaismäärästä, peruutuskuluja ei aiheudu edellyttäen, että kaikista peruutuksista, jotka ylittävät mainitun 5% Huoneen kokonaishinnasta, peritään peruutusmaksu, joka on 100% peruutetusta osasta Huoneen kokonaishinnasta. d) Jos ryhmä peruuttaa osan huonelohkon kokonaishinnasta 7. päivän välisenä aikana (mukaan lukien mutta ei rajoittuen saapumispäivänä saapumispäivänä), ryhmälle veloitetaan peruutusmaksu, joka on 100% peruutetusta osasta huoneen kokonaishinnasta. B) Ryhmän/tapahtuman täydellinen peruuttaminen: Jos konserni peruutetaan kokonaan, sovelletaan seuraavia sovittuja ehtoja: (a) Jos Hotelli vastaanottaa ilmoituksen viimeistään 90 päivää ennen saapumista, Ryhmä maksaa hotellille 75% sopimuksen kokonaistuloista (b) Jos Hotelli vastaanottaa ilmoituksen 89—60 päivää ennen saapumista, Ryhmän on maksettava hotellille 90% sopimuksen kokonaistuloista (c) Jos Hotelli vastaanottaa Ilmoituksen 59 päivän kuluessa ennen saapumista, konserni maksaa hotellille 100% sopimuksen kokonaistuloista.
