El Hotel Arrizul es un hotel pequeño y encantador, ubicado frente al Centro de Congresos Kursaal, en primera línea de playa, muy cerca de la Ciudad Vieja y del centro de la ciudad. Se inauguró en julio de 2007. Hay 12 habitaciones. El Hotel Arrizul está ubicado en un edificio de la «zona romántica» de San Sebastián, construido a principios del siglo XX que le da al hotel una personalidad especial.
