Hotel Il Parco ligt op een strategische locatie, het hotel bevindt zich tegenover een van de meest suggestieve en interessante regio's van de wereld, Toscane. Met het prachtige Florence (57 km van het hotel en Bologna op 28 km afstand) met zijn historische, artistieke en gastronomische cultuur. De 74 kamers bevestigen de kwaliteit en het comfort van het hotel. Het conferentie- en trainingscentrum van Hotel Il Parco is opgericht om effectieve oplossingen te bieden aan bedrijven voor wie zakelijke evenementen en bijeenkomsten een cruciaal onderdeel zijn van zakendoen. In overeenstemming met deze missie hebben we opdracht gegeven voor het ontwerp en de bouw van een geavanceerd opvangcentrum met twee verdiepingen dat voldoet aan de strengste richtlijnen op het gebied van veiligheid en bruikbaarheid.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
