Hotel U Hradu is situated in the historical part of Mlada Boleslav. Its geographical location will allow you to visit not only tourist sites such as the Castle of Mlada Boleslav or the Town Palace Temple. Above all, our guests can enjoy the social life directly in the centre of the town. Around the Old Town Square, which is where our hotel is based, you can find various restaurants, cafes and bars. The Technological Centre of Skoda Auto, the Skoda Auto University, natural park Stepanka as well as the local ice hockey stadium are all just few minutes ‘walk from us. The quiet three-star hotel offers 30 rooms and 1 apartment. The total capacity is 49 beds which are available in 1 apartment, 1 quadruple room, 14 double and 15 single rooms, all furnished in modern style. The apartment and selected double rooms can be equipped with extra beds based on a previous agreement with the hotel reception at least one day in advance. The Fish Restaurant has 50 seats; the venue is also suitable for smaller wedding parties, birthdays, receptions, training sessions etc. An 8 seat separate dining room can be used e.g. for private dinners. Outside patio with a capacity of 60 seats with a spectacular view down the valley of the Jizera River offers a pleasant atmosphere in the summer and is often used for barbecue dinners. This old Czech beer restaurant has 90 seats and welcomes group celebrations such as birthday parties, weddings and business dinners.
