Carrying the brand design concept of European spirit and timeless elegance, Le Méridien Taichung offers 228 spacious and modern guestrooms. The floor to ceiling windows in each room allow guests to see the magnificent city view at a glance while enjoying world-famous Illy coffee offered by the hotel. Spend time for total relaxation in our signature lobby lounge, Latitude 24, where our Master Barista serves you the finest coffee during the day, or savour a sparkling aperitif and petit plates in the evening. Le Méridien Executive Lounge provides privilege services, serving breakfast and a daily cocktail reception for our guests. Enjoy the brand’s showpiece restaurant of Latest Recipe as the all-day dining outlet or authentic Cantonese cuisine at Le Mei as your alternative preference. Le Méridien Taichung provides a total function space over 1600 square meters across two stylish ballrooms and four versatile smaller meeting rooms. The pillarless Grand Ballroom equipped with the state of art technology is at 796 square meters with 6.8-meter ceiling height, has the capacity up to 680 guests in theatre seating or 450 in a gala dinner.

This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience. Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
