Check-in Age: 21 years or older (18 years or older with valid Military ID) Pet Policy: One, well-behaved domestic pet (cat or dog) Stays Free! Pets must be declared at check-in. Up to 2 pets allowed per room. Second pet $15/ night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome. Special Policy: Bicycles are not allowed inside of the building. Bicycle parking is available by the front entrance parking lot. Deposit Policy: A $50 refundable deposit is required for all guests upon check-in and must be paid by credit or debit card. Deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of check-out subject to room inspection. Cash will not be accepted for the deposit. Special Policy: We offer early check in upon request for your convenience. Please inquire at the front desk for availability. Early check-in Fee: 6AM – 1PM $35+tax. Special Policy: We offer late check out upon request for your convenience. Please inquire at the front desk for availability before the departure time of 11AM. Late check-out Fees: Check out up to 12:30PM $25+tax; check out after 12:30PM subject to full room rate.
