Im Yu wechselt die Speisekarte mit kantonesischen Gerichten saisonal, um die Qualität der Zutaten zu wahren. Die Saucen werden vom Küchenchef selbst zubereitet. Zur Entspannung können die Gäste die nahe gelegenen heißen Quellen von Longshan erkunden oder die hoteleigenen Wellnesseinrichtungen wie ein Fitnesscenter, eine Sauna, ein Dampfbad und einen Innenpool genießen.
