Cancellation Policy

Rooms and Banqueting Cancellation: A margin of 5 % of the total initial invoiced amount can be cancelled without any fees until 30 days prior to the start of the event. The cancellation percentages are not cumulative. Above 5 % of the total initial overall invoiced amount, the cancelled services shall be invoiced according to the following schedule: • More than 90 days: Any partial cancellation shall be invoiced at 35% of the contracted rate. • From 90 to 61 days prior to arrival: Any partial cancellation shall be invoiced at 50% of the contracted rate. • From 60 to 31 days prior to arrival: Any partial cancellation shall be invoiced at 75% of the contracted rate. • From 30 days prior to arrival: Any cancellation shall be charged at 100%. The customer’s no-show, as well as any reduction in the length of the stay, will be invoiced on the basis of the original Length of stay. Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Groups and Conference department and must relate to the entire period initially reserved, and for the entire stay. Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to review the contract’s terms and conditions, the rates, facilities and quantities previously allocated.
