Cancellation Policy
from signing contract; 90 days or more prior to main group arrival date, 50% of the entire master account will be paid by the organizer as liquidated damages. Between 89-60 days prior to main group arrival date, 100% of the total estimated room revenue and 25% of food and beverage and meeting must be paid by the organizer as liquidated damages. Between 59-30 days prior to main group arrival date, 100% of the total estimated room revenue and 50% of food and beverage and meeting must be paid by the organizer as liquidated damages. Less than 30 days prior to main group arrival date, 100% of the entire master account will be paid by the organizer as liquidated damages.
